This role involves driving financial planning and strategic analysis for Worldwide Legal, Regulatory, and HR organizations, working closely with leadership to enhance financial visibility and influence decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field, along with over 6 years of experience in financial analysis. Key responsibilities include leading forecasting processes and providing actionable financial insights. A strong command of Excel and PowerPoint is essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or financial analysis.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
• Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial planning and strategic analysis for worldwide legal, regulatory, and HR organizations.
• Lead the monthly forecast and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) processes end-to-end.
• Perform in-depth financial modeling, scenario planning, and business case analysis.
