Job summary

Southwest Accounting Resources, Inc. in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to join the Global Corporate FP&A team. You will partner with Legal, Regulatory, and HR leadership to drive planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis for worldwide entities and influence senior leadership with insights.

You will lead the monthly forecast, AOP, and financial reporting, build robust models, identify risks and opportunities, and drive process improvements across finance and SAP governance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive FP&A or financial analysis experience.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with robust financial modeling.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and communicate with senior leadership.
• Experience supporting fast-paced, global corporate environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Legal, Regulatory, and HR leadership to manage financial performance and support strategic decisions.
• Lead the monthly forecast and Annual Operating Plan processes end-to-end.
• Deliver timely financial reporting, variance analysis, and key insights to senior leadership.
• Perform in-depth financial modeling, scenario planning, and business case analysis.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and governance activities (SAP).
• Collaborate across global teams and lead cross-functional FP&A initiatives.
• Mentor junior analysts and support high-impact executive requests.
