Job summary

Align Technology, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Corporate FP&A Manager to join the Global Corporate FP&A team in Tempe, AZ. You will partner with global finance teams to support the strategic plan, annual operating plan, monthly forecasts, and quarterly close, influencing decision-making and improving performance.

You will drive planning, reporting, and budgeting processes, consolidate financials, and develop automated tools to standardize inputs for faster, more accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or business required; a Master’s degree (CPA/MBA) is a plus.
• 10+ years FP&A experience in a large-scale public company with revenue over $4B.
• Strong financial modeling, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the BOD, Audit Committee, and all C-level financial presentations.
• Update the monthly financial reporting package for senior management.
• Manage internal financial reporting and data accuracy.
