Job summary

Reliable Sprinkler Co. seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to support performance through financial analysis, reporting, and data-driven insights.

You will analyze budgets, expenses, and financial projects and partner with cross-functional teams to plan, forecast, and optimize reporting processes for better financial visibility. The role requires a strong background in FP&A, budgeting, variance analysis, and modeling, with excellence in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and ERP systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics required; MBA preferred.
6+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance, accounting, or related finance functions.

Responsibilities

Collect, consolidate, and analyze financial information for accounts, products, or business units to track progress against financial goals.
Act as project manager for month end, forecasting, and budget consolidations; keep processes moving per stakeholder feedback.
Responsible for SG&A reporting for operational departments.
Perform advanced financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, variance, trend, and scenario modeling.
Partner with operations, commercial, and corporate teams to influence decisions with actionable insights.
Analyze cash flow, expenditure, revenue, depreciation, and investments to propose actions and controls.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, or annual financial statements.
Improve and automate financial reporting processes and data integration where applicable.
Provide guidance and coaching to less experienced analysts to improve quality and reporting discipline.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data across systems and reports.
