This cross-functional role requires building models from scratch, explaining the numbers to non-finance partners, and helping modernize reporting and forecasting as the business

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or related analytical roles.
• Advanced Excel modeling: driver-based three-statement model from scratch.
• Strong accounting fundamentals and linkages of the three statements.
• Proven ability to explain financial results to non-financial partners.
• High attention to detail with sound judgment on materiality.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

Aufgaben

• Own and maintain budget and forecast model for CA, AZ, TX including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and headcount.
• Lead annual budgeting cycle from targets to board-ready consolidation.
• Develop subject matter expertise on financial systems and maintenance.
• Collaborate with executives and ops to identify KPIs, trends, and drivers.
• Build monthly variances reporting between budget and PY.
• Partner with functional teams to test assumptions and build business cases.
• Develop unit economics and cohort analysis for pricing and timing decisions.
• Support headcount planning with Ops and HR.
• Run monthly forecast process and explain drivers of variances.
• Improve reporting stack by automating manual work and tightening data defs.
