Spectrum Building Services of America is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to join our finance team. This role focuses on financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to provide timely, insightful information for management.

The ideal candidate will build financial models, perform root-cause analysis, and communicate findings clearly to senior leaders, including the CEO and operations teams, to influence business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of FP&A or related financial analysis experience.
• Strong understanding of the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience performing variance and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly P&L analysis comparing actual results to budget, forecast, prior month, and prior year.
• Conduct balance-sheet analysis and identify unusual or unexplained changes.
• Prepare monthly cause-of-change and variance analyses.
• Investigate significant variances to determine underlying drivers.
• Prepare concise management explanations of financial performance.
• Support month-end close and management reporting with analytical review.
