Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
• MBA or related master’s degree preferred.
• 6+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance, or related finance functions.
• Strong Excel, budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis skills.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar tools.
• Experience leading projects and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate, and analyze financial information for accounts, products, lines, or business units.
• Act as project manager for month-end, forecasting, and budget consolidations.
• Produce SG&A reporting for operational departments.
• Perform advanced financial analysis: budgeting, forecasting, variance, trend, and scenario modeling.
• Partner with operations, commercial, and corporate teams to influence decisions.
• Analyze cash flow, expenditures, revenue, depreciation, and investments for actions.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, or annual financial statements.
• Improve and streamline financial reporting, including automation and data integration.
• Provide guidance and coaching to less experienced analysts to improve quality.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data across systems.
