Job summary

hireneXus is seeking its first dedicated FP&A resource to partner directly with the CFO as the company scales through organic growth and acquisitions. The Senior Analyst will help build the planning and reporting infrastructure, develop forecasting capabilities, and provide insights to drive informed business decisions.

This remote role with occasional travel for acquisition diligence offers significant visibility, ownership, and the chance to shape analytics, performance metrics, and KPI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, corporate finance, accounting, or related finance role.
• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to analyze, manipulate, and present financial data clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages for leadership, board, and lenders.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis linking operations to financial results.
• Manage acquisition pipeline: track opportunities, update models, and assist with prioritization.
• Support due diligence, integration tracking, and post-acquisition activities.
• Develop KPI reporting, dashboards, and analytics for timely insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes and data quality.
• Gather and analyze data from multiple sources to create scalable reporting.
• Perform ad hoc financial analyses and strategic projects for CFO and senior leadership.
