Job summary

hireneXus is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to partner with executives across a growing healthcare organization. The role leads budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and operational analysis while delivering insights to enhance performance and guide growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• 10+ years in FP&A, healthcare finance, or related field.
• 5+ years leading FP&A, finance, or analytics teams.
• Experience with multi-site operations.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and reporting skills.
• Experience with ERP and BI tools; automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Partner with executives to analyze performance and drive profitability.
• Develop executive reports, KPI dashboards, and analyses.
• Build models and business cases for strategic initiatives.
• Improve forecasting accuracy and financial visibility across locations.
• Mentor FP&A team and drive process improvements.
• Support acquisitions and integration efforts with financial insights.
