Ingenovis Health is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support enterprise FP&A functions, including forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and strategic analyses. You will partner with Finance leadership and cross‑functional teams to deliver accurate financial insights in a fast‑paced environment.

The role emphasizes hands‑on modelling, consolidation, and executive materials, with exposure to CFO and private equity sponsors. Location is Cincinnati, OH with an in‑office schedule.

Competenze

• 3+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, investment banking, private equity, consulting or related analytical roles.
• Experience with Workday / Adaptive Planning is strongly preferred but not required; familiarity with Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud, OneStream, or Vena is preferred but not required.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Workday Financials and BI tools a plus.
• Experience supporting multi‑business‑unit organizations, consolidated reporting environments, or corporate FP&A activities preferred.
• Experience with data analytics tools (SQL, Python, R) a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate financial concepts to both finance and non‑finance audiences.
• MBA, CFA or equivalent advanced degree or certification a plus.
• Experience in healthcare services or business services industries preferred.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and support consolidated forecasting, budgeting, and reporting across Ingenovis Health.
• Develop financial models for forecasting, long-range planning, scenario analysis, and strategic decision support.
• Support forecast administration in Workday Adaptive Planning and related reporting.
• Analyze financial trends, margins, cash flow, and performance metrics for executive review.
• Prepare materials for CFO, Finance leadership, Board, and sponsors.
