Job summary

Inovalon, Inc. in the United States seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with the Payer Business Unit FP&A team, building driver-based forecasts for hybrid SaaS revenue, analyzing trends, and delivering clear financial insights to leadership.

The role requires strong Excel, Hyperion planning, and US GAAP knowledge, with collaboration across Sales Operations, Customer Success, and Product to improve processes and automate reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in finance or accounting, including 3+ years in a financial analyst role
• Experience in FP&A or embedded operational finance
• Demonstrated knowledge of SaaS unit economics and KPIs
• Advanced Excel skills and strong modeling ability
• Experience with Hyperion planning (Planning/Essbase/Smart View) preferred
• Understanding of US GAAP and ability to drive process improvements

Responsibilities

• Develop driver-based forecasting models for hybrid SaaS revenue streams (subscription vs. consumption)
• Develop, track, analyze, and report on key SaaS KPIs (ARR, NRR, GRR, CAC, LTV)
• Prepare monthly data reporting packages with variances and driver explanations
• Produce routine and ad hoc financial models for leadership decision-making
• Support process improvement and reporting automation
• Produce analytics using Oracle Hyperion
• Collaborate with finance teams to forecast metrics and risks
• Communicate findings to management and stakeholders
