Integra LifeSciences Corporation is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead corporate functions budgeting and forecasting. You will partner with senior leaders across the organization to drive data-driven financial decisions and deliver timely OpEx/CapEx insights.

The role requires 3–5 years in FP&A, strong Excel and modeling skills, and the ability to collaborate across levels. The position offers a hybrid schedule between Princeton, NJ and remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 3–5 years of FP&A and budgeting experience.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with Oracle, OneStream, Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for corporate functions.
• Collaborate with functional leaders to improve forecasting accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and standardize dashboards, reports, and KPIs (e.g., ROI).
• Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual OpEx and CapEx commentary.
• Ensure accuracy of financial data including accruals and spend trends.
• Support ad-hoc financial projects to drive cost optimization and strategy.
