Qualifications

• 3+ years FP&A or related analytical roles.
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning preferred.
• Strong Excel and data visualization skills.
• Experience with multi-unit consolidated reporting is a plus.
• Healthcare or services industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate enterprise FP&A processes including forecasting and budgeting.
• Prepare executive reporting and financial analyses for leadership and sponsors.
• Support long-range planning, modeling, and strategic finance projects.
• Improve forecasting, reporting quality, and process efficiency across teams.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Shared Services.
