Qualifications

• 2–3 years of FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or public accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and financial statements.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Excellent Excel skills with complex formulas and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual operating plan (AOP), budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Perform financial analysis and variance reporting to support business decisions.
• Build and maintain financial models and reporting tools.
• Analyze financial and operational performance and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare management reports, presentations, and ad hoc analyses.
• Partner with accounting and business leaders on planning and performance initiatives.
• Monitor key financial metrics and assist with strategic planning efforts.
