Job summary

Vaco is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its Finance team on a newly created FP&A role. You will support senior finance leadership and gain direct exposure to executive-level decision-making.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years FP&A experience, strong accounting fundamentals, and advanced Excel skills. You will build models, analyze variance, and prepare management reports to influence strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2-3 years of FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or public accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and financial statements.
• Advanced Excel skills with financial modeling, pivot tables, and complex formulas.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual operating plan (AOP), budgeting, and forecasting.
• Perform financial analysis and variance reporting to support business decisions.
• Build and maintain financial models and reporting tools.
• Analyze financial and operational performance and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare management reports, presentations, and ad hoc analyses.
• Partner with accounting and business leaders on planning and performance initiatives.
• Monitor key financial metrics and assist with strategic planning efforts.
