Job summary

Vaco by Highspring in Princeton, NJ is seeking a Financial Analyst to support cash flow modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and executive reporting. You will gather market data, develop financial models, and prepare presentations for upper management.

Key duties include reconciling monthly capital forecast changes, maintaining dashboards in Excel, and conducting in-depth variance analyses. Collaboration with Operations, Accounting, and Supply Chain is essential.

Qualifications

• Cash flow modeling and financial planning with upper management on forecasting and budget.
• Gathering and analyzing market data, financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, sales analysis, trending analysis as well as drafting financial reports.
• Reconcile and submit capital forecast changes on a monthly basis for existing budgets.
• Maintain financial dashboard and perform in-depth variance analysis in Excel to understand and explain significant differences in actuals vs budget and prior forecast.
• Prepare executive reports and presentations for review and submission.
• Present variance explanations and financial risks in executive review meeting.
• Work with Operations, Accounting, Supply Chain, and Logistics.
