Publicis Groupe is seeking a Sr. Analyst FP&A to join the BI team, supporting agencies and CFO under the Creative Pillar. You will consolidate financials, analyze variances, and produce budget/forecast presentations, reporting to the FP&A Manager.

Responsibilities include KPI reporting, automation improvements, and translating financial reports for business leads, with a focus on accuracy and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance required.
• Minimum 3+ years of analytical experience with accountability to drive results.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel required.

Overview

The Sr. Analyst FP&A will be part of the Business Intelligence (BI) team, which support agencies and CFO under the Creative Pillar and report directly to the Manager of FP&A.

Responsibilities

Budget/Forecast

• Collect agency's projections and ensure accuracy before consolidating
• Consolidate financials and analyze
• Gather business development data though Salesforce including pitches and prospecting trend analysis
• Complex variance analysis of actuals vs forecast/budget for all P&L line items and headcount.
• Client Profitability Reporting for actuals and reforecasts, analyzing client margins, and providing agency finance leads insight on any client margin risks/opportunities
• Create HFM templates to provide to agencies to use for presentation
• Produce budget/forecast presentation

Month End Close

• Prepare monthly reports, presentations, and other financial schedules
• Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly KPI reports to support analysis on actuals vs forecast/budget
• Analyze and research variances between actuals vs forecasted/budget

Other

• Help identify any opportunities to automate, streamline, and harmonize financial reporting requirements
• Assist with ad-hoc projects
• Ability to explain and translate financial reports to business finance leads
• Maintain HFM organizational structure
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with agency finance leads

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance. Master's degree is a plus
• Minimum 3+ years of experience with strong analytical skills and can take accountability/ownership to drive results
• Ability to adapt to changes in scope of position
• Cultivate cooperative working relationship, a team player, self-starter, adhere to deadlines while ensuring a high level of accuracy, professionalism, confidentiality, and quality
• Great interpersonal skills, excellent verbal & written communication, organize, attention to details, and can multitask
• Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast pace environment
• Fast learner with the ability to identify problems and seek solutions
• Willing to be flexible and work hard to support business needs
• Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and proficient in Salesforce and Smartview
• Media experience is a plus
• Experience with Horizon/Pigment is a plus

Compensation Range: USD $60,800.00 - USD $84,000.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
