Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• Chicago office 4x/wk hybrid schedule.
• Relevant internship and/or 1+ years of work experience considered.
• Strong technical skills in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
• Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate and maintain stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting and budgeting assistance, aligning with Publicis Groupe schedules.
• Analyze monthly/annual results and explain variances to forecast.
• Ensure accuracy in Hyperion Financial Mgmt and Anaplan data.
• Develop expertise in financial software for regular reporting.
• Provide data-driven insights to support strategic planning across Finance.
