Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance; master’s is a plus.
• Minimum 3+ years of analytical experience with accountability.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce and Smartview experience helpful.
• Ability to adapt to changing scope and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collect agency projections and ensure accuracy before consolidating.
• Consolidate financials and perform variance analyses.
• Analyze client profitability and margins; report insights to finance leads.
• Create HFM templates for agency use in presentations.
• Prepare budget/forecast presentations and KPI reports.
• Month-end close: prepare schedules and reports.
• Identify opportunities to automate and harmonize reporting.
• Explain financial reports to business finance leads.
• Maintain HFM structure and foster agency relationships.
• Support ad-hoc finance projects.
