Job summary

Wendy's International is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the CFO and business units from the Dublin, OH area. The role focuses on monthly close, budgeting, forecasting and reporting to senior leadership, including variance analysis and ad-hoc analyses.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis within a large organization. Travel is about 5% with an emphasis on collaboration and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 2 to 4 years experience in financial analysis position with large organization.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and budgeting/forecasting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and compile monthly detailed financial results and analysis for leadership, including variance explanations vs forecast, prior year and budget.
• Support preparation and analysis of the Annual Operating Plan.
• Support Quarterly SEC and Board reporting with Financial Reporting and Investor Relations.
• Analyze monthly forecast focusing on G&A, Earnings per Share, Capital Expenditures and Free Cash Flow; perform ad-hoc analyses.
