This role requires strong collaboration, strategic roadmap balance with day-to-day delivery, and clear stakeholder communication. The base compensation ranges from 122k to 214k USD annually, with a target bonus of 20% and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Technology, Business, or related field required.
5+ years of experience supporting finance/enterprise systems with ownership of product work and initiatives.
Experience with Oracle ERP/Oracle EPM, Looker, and BlackLine preferred.

Responsibilities

Own sprint backlog and prioritize initiatives against the roadmap.
Translate business needs into epics and user stories with acceptance criteria.
Lead and coach a small team, ensuring delivery on time and on budget.
Partner with Finance, ERP vendors, and IT to improve financial processes and reporting.
Communicate with stakeholders at all levels about roadmap and outcomes.
