Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Technology, Business, or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience supporting finance/enterprise systems with ownership of product work and initiatives.
• Experience with Oracle ERP/Oracle EPM, Looker, and BlackLine preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own sprint backlog and prioritize initiatives against the roadmap.
• Translate business needs into epics and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Lead and coach a small team, ensuring delivery on time and on budget.
• Partner with Finance, ERP vendors, and IT to improve financial processes and reporting.
• Communicate with stakeholders at all levels about roadmap and outcomes.
