Job summary

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting and 2–4 years in financial analysis within a large organization; restaurant/retail experience is a plus. Office-based role with strong Excel modeling skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting techniques.
• Ability to create and manage Excel-based financial models.
• 2–4 years experience in financial analysis in a large organization.
• Multi-unit restaurant and/or retail environment a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and compile monthly detailed financial results and analysis for Senior Leadership.
• Support preparation and analysis of Annual Operating Plan.
• Support Quarterly SEC and Board reporting requirements with Financial Reporting and Investor Relations.
• Play a key role in the monthly forecast process, focusing on G&A, EPS, CapEx and Free Cash Flow.
• Prepare ad-hoc analyses to support key business decisions.
