Job summary

The Wendy's Company in Dublin, OH is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the CFO and business units. Responsibilities include monthly close reporting, budgeting/forecasting, and board/SEC reporting coordination.

The role requires 2–4 years of financial analysis experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. This is an in-office position at Wendy's Restaurant Support Center with a focus on accuracy, collaboration, and timely insights.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of Accounting principles and financial analysis, budgeting & forecasting techniques.
• Experience with computer modeling, management reporting systems and computer applications.
• Ability to create and manage databases and Excel based financial models.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interpret results, communicate to business users.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and compile monthly detailed financial results and analysis for presentation to Senior Leadership.
• Support preparation and analysis of Annual Operating Plan.
• Support Quarterly SEC and Board reporting requirements in partnership with Financial Reporting and Investor Relations.
• Play a key role in the monthly forecast process, focusing on G&A, EPS, capex and Free Cash Flow.
• Prepare ad-hoc analyses to support key business decisions.
