ServiceNow seeks a finance professional to own the integrated long-range financial model, linking strategy, operating plans, and investment decisions. You will lead annual planning, align with business units, and drive automation and AI-enabled workflows to improve forecasting and decision-making.

The role requires strong FP&A experience, advanced Excel/PowerPoint, and a deep understanding of SaaS metrics, with the ability to translate complex analyses into executive-ready messaging.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving with tools such as Claude and Copilot.
• 5+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, equity research, or management consulting with strong modeling skills across multi-year models.
• A solid grasp of financial statements, corporate finance, and SaaS business models and metrics.
• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own ServiceNow's integrated long-range financial model—revenue, margin, Opex, headcount, cash flow, and SaaS metrics.
• Lead the annual long-range planning process tying it to the operating plan and quarterly forecasts.
• Evaluate investment proposals, resource allocation, and tradeoffs via scenario analyses.
• Turn strategic questions into executive-ready analyses with cross-source data.
• Build KPI/driver frameworks and improve planning via automation and AI-enabled workflows.
