Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, accounting, or related finance discipline.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Experience supporting monthly consolidation, management reporting, and forecasting processes.
• Experience preparing recurring reporting schedules for senior management; exposure to board or PE reporting is beneficial.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and variance explanations.
• Experience using AI, automation, or analytics tools to improve finance processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial schedules, commentary, and analyses for executive and board reporting packages.
• Perform revenue and gross profit variance analysis and explain drivers with business partners.
• Develop and maintain recurring financial models and dashboards for enterprise performance.
• Coordinate monthly enterprise forecast data collection, consolidation, and quality checks.
• Support monthly consolidation and management reporting with timely enterprise results.
• Collaborate with accounting, revenue ops, and other partners to align assumptions and resolve issues.
• Use AI, automation, and analytics tools to improve data prep, validation, and reporting.
• Identify manual activities and implement process improvements to increase speed and accuracy.
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and recurring finance priorities.
• Reconcile source systems to the consolidation platform and resolve differences.
