Job summary

DeployCo in New York City is seeking a Member of the Finance Staff to elevate FP&A capabilities as the business scales. Reporting to the FP&A lead, you will bring rigorous modeling, commercial judgment, and hands-on analytical execution to a growing finance team.

Your core responsibilities include maintaining rolling forecasts, producing weekly pipeline reporting, and supporting budgeting, management reporting, pricing and deal profitability analyses, strategic projects, and M&A evaluation.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years total experience in corporate FP&A or related finance roles.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills required for modeling.
• Strong financial judgment across unit economics, pricing, and profitability.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance financial analysis and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Maintain integrated rolling forecasts for the P&L, balance sheet, and free cash flow.
• Forecast demand and capacity for deployment professionals by role, skill set, and geography.
• Produce weekly pipeline reporting with Revenue Operations and GTM teams.
• Support budgeting, long-range planning, headcount and expense planning.
• Build financial models, scenarios, and sensitivities for growth and investments.
• Support pricing, deal desk analyses, and M&A diligence and integration planning.
• Help design AI-enabled forecasting, reporting, and analytical workflows.
