Job summary

Presidio, a leader shaping the future through AI and digital solutions, is seeking a Financial Analyst, G&A. This role partners with corporate finance and functional leaders to manage planning, forecasting, and reporting of general and administrative expenses, including headcount, compensation, vendor spend, and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years in corporate finance, FP&A, accounting, or related finance.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, reporting, or analysis.
• Ability to partner with stakeholders and translate activity into financial insights.
• Knowledge of financial statements and headcount, cost-center analysis.
• Experience building financial models and business cases.
• Interest in AI, automation, or analytics to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with functional leaders to support budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare monthly results, variance analyses, and management reports.
• Develop driver-based expense models for headcount, compensation, contractors, software, and facilities.
• Own headcount planning and reporting for assigned functions.
• Analyze vendor, contract, and initiative spend to support cost management.
• Validate accruals, allocations, and data mappings with accounting/HR.
• Use AI, automation, and analytics to improve reporting.
• Identify process improvements to speed and accuracy of planning and reporting.
