Job summary

UKG is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. You will partner with business leaders to deliver financial insights, support annual planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for G&A departments, and build models to guide expense and headcount decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Corporate Finance, Data Analytics, or a related role.
• Experience supporting business functions, corporate operations, or G&A in a high-growth technology/SaaS/global organization.
• Collaborative team player with curiosity, accountability, integrity and continuous improvement mindset.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, variance analysis, and recurring reporting.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret financial data and communicate insights to Finance and non-Finance audiences.
• Self-starter with ownership mindset and ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, changing priorities, and tight deadlines.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to build trusted cross-team relationships.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Anaplan, IBM Planning Analytics, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Understand key financial drivers, operating trends, headcount plans, vendor spend, and business priorities.
• Support annual planning, quarterly forecasting, monthly reporting, and budgeting for G&A.
• Analyze results against forecasts and budgets, identify trends, risks and opportunities, and recommend actions.
• Build and maintain financial models to support expense planning, headcount analysis, and vendor spend tracking.
• Prepare financial insights, dashboards, and executive-ready summaries translating performance into business implications.
• Improve reporting efficiency through automation, AI-enabled tools, and data visualization platforms like Power BI.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, IT, People, Legal, Real Estate, Communications, and broader teams to streamline processes.
