Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A, to strengthen financial reporting, analytics, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management across a multi-entity setup. You will transform complex data into reliable insights for strategic decisions, partner with leaders, and drive continuous improvement in reporting through automation and AI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field required or preferred.
• 3–6 years FP&A, corporate finance, or analytical finance experience.
• Experience owning at least one complete annual budgeting cycle.
• Strong Excel, modeling, and data reconciliation capabilities.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and financial controls is desirable.
• Experience with ERP/FP&A systems or data integration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own financial data integrity and reporting structures for decision-makers.
• Consolidate and reconcile data from ERP, billing, e‑commerce, and spreadsheets.
• Design and enhance dashboards, providing visibility into performance and trends.
• Standardize, document, and automate recurring reporting activities.
• Partner with leaders to assess profitability, margins and cost drivers.
• Develop models for strategic initiatives, pricing, and workforce planning.
• Translate analyses into clear recommendations for senior leadership.
• Monitor P&L across units and explain variances against budget/forecast.
• Lead or support annual budgeting and rolling forecasts.
• Maintain rolling cash flow forecasts and liquidity planning.
• Capture insights to improve processes with AI-enabled tooling.
