Job summary

UKG is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. You will partner with business leaders to deliver planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and action-oriented analysis that informs strategic decisions across G&A and beyond.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in Finance or FP&A, advanced Excel, and experience with Power BI or Tableau. You will build financial models, automate reporting, monitor headcount and spend, and present clear insights to leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Corporate Finance, Data Analytics, or a related role.
• Experience supporting business functions, corporate operations, or G&A departments within a high-growth technology, SaaS, or global organization preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, variance analysis, and recurring reporting.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and communicate insights clearly to Finance and non-Finance audiences.

Responsibilities

• Understand key financial drivers and operating trends for planning and forecasting.
• Support annual planning, quarterly forecasting, monthly reporting, and budgeting for G&A.
• Build and maintain financial models for headcount, vendor spend, and scenario planning.
• Prepare financial insights, dashboards, and executive-ready summaries.
• Improve reporting efficiency through automation and AI-enabled tools like Power BI.
