UKG is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the FP&A team and deliver financial insights, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for G&A departments.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable business insights, supporting annual planning, forecasting, and executive-ready communications. The role emphasizes driving efficiency with AI in forecasting and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Corporate Finance, Data Analytics, or a related role.
• Experience supporting G&A functions within high-growth tech/SaaS or global organizations preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, variance analysis, and recurring reporting.

Responsabilités

• Partner with leaders to understand key financial drivers, operating trends, headcount plans, vendor spend, and business priorities.
• Support annual planning, quarterly forecasting, monthly reporting, and budgeting for G&A departments.
• Analyze results against forecasts and budgets, identifying key trends, risks, opportunities, and actions.
• Build and maintain financial models to support expense planning, headcount analysis, vendor spend tracking, and scenario planning.
• Prepare financial insights, dashboards, and executive-ready summaries translating performance into clear business implications.
• Improve reporting efficiency through automation, AI-enabled tools, and data visualization platforms such as Power BI.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, IT, People, Legal, Real Estate, Communications, and the broader business to streamline processes.
