The Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst will support enterprise-wide financial decision-making through forecasting, performance analysis, strategic planning, and executive-level reporting. This highly visible role partners with finance, accounting, operational leadership, and senior executives to transform complex data into actionable business insights that drive growth and profitability. Key areas of focus include budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, KPI reporting, trend analysis, strategic initiatives, and evaluating business opportunities across a multi-brand organization.

The right candidate for this Senior FP&A Analyst will have:

• 4-6+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, transaction advisory, or M&A due diligence experience
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field (MBA preferred)
• Advanced financial modeling, Excel, dashboard reporting, and presentation skills
• Experience developing budgets, forecasts, business cases, and executive-level presentations
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities from large data sets
• Familiarity with business intelligence and data visualization tools, including Power Query, SQL, and reporting platforms
• Experience using AI and other tools to drive automation and efficiencies.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
• Self-directed professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and manages competing priorities effectively
• Ability to influence decisions through data-driven recommendations and clear storytelling
• Track record of job stability and career progression required for consideration
