Job summary

SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST

Now recruiting on behalf of a large, well-capitalized, growth-oriented organization for a strategic finance leader to join a high-impact team supporting executive decision-making across multiple business functions. This Senior Financial Analyst role offers broad exposure to senior leadership, meaningful influence on organizational analysis, competitive compensation, hybrid flexibility, and the chance to help drive performance in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

As a Senior Financial Analyst this role will serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, providing financial guidance, forecasting, and performance analysis that influence key business decisions. This role will be involved in financial performance, budgeting and forecasting processes, executive-level reporting, and create financial models that support both short- and long-term planning.

The position requires strong executive presence, the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership, and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for operational and financial improvement. The ideal candidate enjoys partnering with executives, solving complex business challenges, and transforming data into actionable insights. The right candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related


• 3+ years of progressive experience within FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, consulting, investment banking, or related analytical functions.


• Working knowledge of SQL and the ability to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.


• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, and management reporting.


• Experience presenting complex financial information to executive leadership and influencing business decisions.


• Proficiency in advanced Excel, including financial modeling and scenario analysis.


• Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence and reporting tools.


• Experience within consulting, transaction advisory, Big 4, private equity-backed, or similarly fast-paced environments is highly valued.


• Ability to thrive in an environment that requires resourcefulness, intellectual curiosity, and a hands-on approach to building insights from imperfect or evolving data sources.
