Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to join its FP&A team in New Jersey. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and working capital while developing a small in-house team.

The role requires leading annual budgeting cycles, building cash flow models, delivering reports to senior leadership, and collaborating with the VP of FP&A on strategic initiatives. Hybrid work: 3-4 days in office, Monday–Thursday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• FP&A / financial planning experience required.
• Experience managing 2-3 direct reports.
• Hands-on experience leading multiple budget cycles.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, cash flow modeling, and working capital skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred.

Finance Manager - FP&A

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Develop and maintain cash flow models and forecasts
• Oversee working capital analysis and cash management
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior leadership
• Manage and develop 2-3 direct reports
• Work closely with the VP of FP&A on financial planning and business initiatives
• Dive into financial details and provide hands-on analysis

Qualifications

• Prior FP&A / financial planning experience
• Experience managing 2-3 direct reports
• Hands-on experience leading multiple budget cycles
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, cash flow modeling, and working capital experience
• Strong analytical and Excel skills
• Adaptive Planning experience preferred
• Industry background is flexible
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred

Schedule

• Hybrid - 3-4 days in office
• No Fridays in office
• Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
