Job summary

Vaco by Highspring seeks an experienced Sr. FP&A Consultant for a remote, 2-3 month engagement. The role offers an hourly pay rate of $45-$55 and focuses on finance process modernization, forecasting transformation, and AI-enabled automation.

You will lead redesigns of spreadsheet workflows, implement AI-driven automation in finance, develop driver-based forecasting and dashboards, and deliver real-time insights for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field required.
• Proven Senior FP&A responsibilities and finance process experience.
• Hands-on experience with Drivetrain is preferred.
• Experience implementing finance automation or AI-enabled processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead process redesign to replace manual spreadsheets with automated, scalable solutions.
• Identify and implement AI-driven automation across finance and reporting workflows.
• Develop and enhance driver-based forecasting, scenario modeling, and rolling forecasts.
• Design and deploy self-service dashboards for real-time insights.
