Job summary

Vaco Recruiter Services has partnered with a publicly traded company undergoing a major finance systems transformation to hire an FP&A Consultant. This role is remote with local AZ preference, paying $60-$75/hour, through end of 2027, with ASAP start.

You will own budgeting, forecasting, month-end close support, perform corporate consolidations and variance analysis, build advanced Excel models and executive presentations, investigate discrepancies, and support ERP testing and transition

Qualifications

• FP&A Manager or senior financial analyst experience.
• Advanced Excel in multi-workbook environments.
• Forecasting, budgeting, reporting, consolidations, and variance analysis.
• Experience resolving data inconsistencies across multiple systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder partnership.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close support processes.
• Perform corporate consolidations and variance analysis across multiple regions.
• Build and maintain complex Excel-based financial models, reporting packages, and executive presentations.
• Investigate financial discrepancies and reconcile data across systems and workbooks.
• Support testing, design, and transition activities related to ERP implementation.
