Job summary

NOREL Service Co., Inc. seeks a hands-on, analytical Senior Manager, FP&A & Accounting to strengthen the accounting function while expanding planning, analysis, and operational reporting.

You will partner with the CFO and leadership to improve forecasting, KPIs, profitability analysis, and financial controls. The role is on site in Littleton, MA, with no relocation offered and in-market candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Strong FP&A background with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel and large dataset handling.
• Experience with ERP implementations or migrations.
• Leadership to manage a team of five.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, modeling and variance analysis.
• Analyze actual vs budget and KPIs.
• Evaluate revenue, pricing, labor, margins.
• Develop scenarios for pricing, staffing, investments.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close and financial reporting.
• Strengthen financial controls and GAAP readiness.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards and recurring management reports.
• Lead ERP transition and data quality improvements.
