Job summary

NOV Rig Technologies seeks a seasoned FP&A professional to serve as the primary financial planning and analysis partner for key business groups. You will lead monthly close analyses, forecast cycles, and long-range plans while developing robust financial models to support strategic initiatives.

The role requires advanced Excel, strong communication with non-financial stakeholders, and experience with Oracle EPM/ERP.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of progressive FP&A experience or Financial Analysis.
Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling skills.
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and modeling techniques.
Excellent communication with non-financial stakeholders.
Working knowledge of US GAAP; ERP/EPM systems a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as FP&A business partner for Repair and U.S. Marine & Construction businesses.
Lead monthly close analyses: actual vs budget/forecast and variance.
Maintain annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans.
Develop financial models and scenario analyses for strategic decisions.
Present monthly business reviews, KPIs, and executive presentations.
Support pricing, capex, and investment analyses with modeling.
