Job summary

Outerknown, LLC in Carlsbad, CA is hiring a Manager, FP&A to lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis. You will develop core financial models, forecast cash flow, and partner with senior leadership to drive data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.

You will own end-to-end FP&A, deliver executive-level insights, and manage reporting cycles while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Accounting to optimize liquidity and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• Proven experience in building complex financial models, including full three-statement models and scenario-based forecasting tools.
• Strong expertise in cash flow modeling and cash management.
• Proficient in Excel and FP&A tools with strong data visualization and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Develop and maintain core financial models for scenario planning and cash flow forecasting.
• Own end‑to‑end FP&A processes including monthly/quarterly reporting and board presentations.
• Provide executive-level insights and dashboards supporting key business decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Accounting to align financial plans with operations.
• Establish and track KPIs linking operations to financial performance.
• Drive efficiency, automation, and scalability of FP&A systems and processes.
