Job summary

Capgemini seeks a seasoned Foundry Lead Data Engineer to architect and optimize scalable data solutions with Palantir Foundry. This senior role emphasizes ontology-aware design, multi-project leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver actionable insights.

You will shape data strategy, mentor teams, and ensure performance, integrity, and cost control while GenAI familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in an agile software development environment.
2+ years of experience on Palantir Foundry.
Proven experience with Change Management, Problem Management, and Incident Management processes.
An ability to provide code reviews that are thorough, constructive, and insightful.
Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and applying them.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate with internal customers.

Responsibilities

Architect, develop, and optimize scalable data solutions using Palantir Foundry.
