Job summary

Thought Logic Consulting is seeking a Principal Consultant for Palantir Data & AI Engineering in Richmond. You will design, build, and deploy Foundry-based data pipelines and AI solutions, translating complex business problems into production-ready outcomes with emphasis on client collaboration and scalable architectures.

You will lead workstreams, mentor teammates, and integrate Palantir with enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and modern data tools to drive measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Palantir experience with Foundry and/or AIP.
• Experience building production GenAI/LLM-powered solutions.
• Strong data engineering fundamentals: SQL, Python, ETL/ELT, data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy scalable data and AI solutions using Palantir Foundry.
• Develop GenAI/LLM-powered solutions with Palantir AIP.
• Lead client sessions to translate business needs into technical designs.
• Implement production-grade data apps with testing, CI/CD, logging, and docs.
• Balance quality, cost, latency, and risk in AI workflows.
• Mentor team members and create reusable Palantir assets.
