Job summary

Vizient, Inc. is seeking a Staff Engineer to lead a Palantir Foundry–based data product, owning the enterprise ontology and analytics framework. You will translate complex healthcare and enterprise data into a governed semantic model and guide platform architecture and roadmaps.

You will mentor engineers, define standards for data contracts, and collaborate with product, governance, security, and analytics teams to deliver trusted reporting and AI-enabled workflows at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred in a technical field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in data/platform engineering.
• Strong experience with Palantir Foundry and enterprise data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and implementation of a Palantir Foundry–based data product.
• Define enterprise ontology and scalable analytics pipelines.
• Mentor engineers and drive engineering standards across teams.
• Partner with product, analytics, governance, and security functions.
