The Opportunity:

As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, you will embed inside operating companies, translate ambiguous real‑world problems into production systems, and scale what works across the platform.

What You’ll Do:

• • Work directly with operators to understand workflow breakdowns and inefficiencies
• • Design and deploy AI‑driven systems that solve measurable business problems
• • Build production‑grade infrastructure around models including ingestion, APIs, monitoring and evaluation
• • Establish safety, auditability and performance controls
• • Lead pilots and controlled rollouts across facilities
• • Identify repeatable patterns that can evolve into scalable platform solutions

Tech Environment:

Python, LLM integration, modern AI tooling, data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, TypeScript/React preferred, AWS.
