Job summary

Continuum Resource Network seeks a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to lead production-grade AI agent deployments across major healthcare organizations in the United States.

You will own engagements from discovery to post-launch support, translating business needs into scalable architectures while collaborating with executives and product leaders. This role blends software engineering with enterprise consulting and client leadership.

Qualifications

• 5–15 years of software engineering experience in enterprise contexts.
• Experience owning full technical delivery for enterprise clients.
• Healthcare or life sciences domain expertise.
• Fluent in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and modern frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end client engagements: Lead technical delivery from pre-sales demonstrations through solution design, integration, implementation, and post-launch support.
• Architect and build AI agent systems: Design and deploy production-ready AI applications that integrate with complex healthcare systems.
• Lead technical client sessions: Facilitate working sessions and communicate with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders.
• Make independent architectural decisions: Own system design and technology choices for engagements.
• Build production software: Develop scalable applications using modern languages, cloud infrastructure, and AI tech.
• Work with healthcare data: Build data pipelines and ML workflows while meeting HIPAA/privacy requirements.
• Influence product development: Translate client deployments into platform improvements and reusable components.
• Drive customer outcomes: Ensure technical quality and business impact of enterprise engagements.
