Job summary

Philips is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed UX Designer for the Azurion Eye program. You will work on-site with clinicians and engineers at a partner hospital in Asheville, NC or Nashville, TN, leading the experience design of AI-enabled solutions for Image Guided Therapy.

You’ll translate clinical workflows into adaptive, user-centric experiences that scale across Azurion Eye software. Reporting to the Design Director IGT Systems, you will mentor designers and partner with AI engineers to

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in UX design or 3+ years with a Master’s degree.
Experience leading design within multidisciplinary teams in healthcare environments.
Proficiency with Figma, MS Office, and AI-assisted design tools; ability to prototype rapidly.

Responsibilities

Lead human-centered design in clinical environments to translate insights into actionable experiences.
Collaborate with clinicians, engineers, IT teams and product leaders to align with business goals and design system standards.
Mentor designers and help shape adaptive, explainable AI experiences across Philips’ products.
