Job summary

Philips is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed UX Designer to embed with a hospital partner in Asheville, NC or Nashville, TN. You will lead the experience design of AI-enabled solutions for the Azurion Eye program, translating clinical workflows into scalable user experiences and driving collaborations across clinicians, IT, and product leaders.

On-site role (5 days/week) with occasional travel to Best and Bangalore.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of UX design experience; healthcare domain preferred.
• Experience leading design within multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficient with AI-enabled, regulated environments and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead human-centered design in clinical environments and translate insights into adaptive experiences.
• Create and validate AI-enabled UX solutions with clinicians, engineers and product leaders.
• Mentor designers, collaborate on the Design System, and ensure brand consistency.
