Job summary

ZoomLogi is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to deploy, configure, integrate, and roll out solutions across customer operations, writing production code that runs on real shipments from day one.

As our second Founding FDE, you’ll own implementations end to end—from onboarding and data integration to troubleshooting and ongoing optimization—serving as the critical link between customers and engineering and driving features into the core platform while supporting GTM efforts.

Qualifications

• 2-10 years of professional experience in forward deployed/implementation roles.
• Strong full-stack capabilities across backend, frontend, and APIs.
• Proficient in TypeScript/React and Python; able to ship production code.
• Experience in data modeling, ETL, webhooks, and real integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own implementations end to end from onboarding to production run.
• Build integrations with external systems (carriers, sensors, ERP, weather, etc.).
• Ship code into the core platform (backend Python, frontend TS/React).
• Translate customer feedback into product improvements for engineering.
• Drive GTM impact by identifying opportunities and helping close deals.
