Job summary

Dryft is building the intelligence layer to power the next generation of manufacturing decisions. We seek a Founding Forward Deployed Engineer who splits time 50/50 between engineering and customer interaction, guiding deployments and shaping the product backbone on real-world shop floors.

You will lead end-to-end rollouts,translate operator pain into product features, and navigate stakeholders from IT to C-level across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a top-tier role (e.g., consulting), founding experience, or early startup exposure.
• Engineer-first mindset with ability to write production code and diagnose root causes.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial software is a plus.
• Ability to translate customer pain into product features and scale them.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-stack rollouts end-to-end, coordinating scoping, onboarding, integration and training.
• Design the product backbone by prototyping features and working closely with users.
• Turn deployments into reusable product features, data models and playbooks for scale.
