Job summary

ZoomLogi in San Francisco is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to deploy, configure, integrate, and roll out ZoomLogi across customer operations. You’ll write production code that runs on real shipments from day one and own implementations from onboarding to optimization.

Qualifications

• 2-10 years of professional experience in a forward deployed engineer or similar role.
• Genuine full-stack capability across backend, frontend, and APIs.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript/React and Python; able to ship production code.
• Experience with data modeling, API design, and real integration work.

Responsibilities

• Own implementations end to end from onboarding to production go-live.
• Build integrations with multiple external systems and handle edge cases.
• Ship features across backend and frontend alongside the engineering team.
• Translate customer feedback into product requirements and roadmaps.
