Job summary

Bloomreach is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to act as a trusted technical partner inside our largest, most complex Search accounts. You will own technical relationships across the full commerce stack, not just Bloomreach integration, and lead Go‑Live end‑to‑end with a focus on architecture and scalability.

You will collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate customer requirements into executable plans, advise on integration patterns, and push back when needed to protect

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical services, professional services, solutions consulting, implementation, or a related customer-facing technical function.
• Proven ability to lead technical escalations and work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success teams to drive resolution.
• Strong background in customer implementations, integrations, technical consulting, or solution delivery for SaaS commerce, martech, search, or related enterprise platforms.
• Experience driving delivery quality, operational rigor, and process improvement in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution and day-to-day team support.

Responsibilities

• Deep Technical Integration & Architecture Ownership for Bloomreach's largest Search accounts.
• Own the technical relationship for a portfolio of customers, understanding full commerce stack beyond Bloomreach integration.
• Translate business requirements into a technical plan and own its execution, sometimes building on top of the product.
• Architect and advise on Feed, Pixel, and API implementations to align data and systems.
• Guide merchants on rule strategy in Bloomreach dashboard to meet business goals and site performance.
• Ensure readiness of upcoming Product releases and advise customers on implementation trade-offs.
• Serve as the technical voice in escalations and executive conversations and maintain alignment with architecture.
